CURA adopts COCIR guidelines, which is a European book of knowledge for Pre-owned equipments best practices.
The stringent guidelines and controls specified by COCIR ensure that all the Pre-owned equipments are processed as per the international benchmarked practices.
QCFI is a national level body that promotes the best Quality Practices across Manufacturing and Education domains and in particular focuses on Production Shop floor improvements. There were 40 companies participated in the competition and around 60 teams have presented the improvement projects. (Companies like TVS Lucas, L&T, TVS Breaks India, TVS Wheels India, Godrej Consumer products, Murugappa Group of Companies, Dalmia Cements, Wabco TVS, etc. are the few names of the participating companies).
CURA entered in to this competition for the first time since the inception of the company with “THREE TEAMS” and all the teams have won Awards with Certificates. This would be a great mile stone to achieve as the competition was very hectic from giants participating in this forum.
- Quality Objectives Deployment: This is a project focused on the BREAK THROUGH methodology for Performance Excellence. This was presented by Mr Rajan. R and Ms Nisha. S. This team has won a merit and awarded with PAR Excellence Trophy and certificates.
- Kaizen Improvement in Critical Care Product: This Project had the theme of small improvements at the production operator level for improving the quality and Turn Around Time in OXYCORR Enclosure Developmentand mass production. This project was presented by Mr Gupta, Production Manager (Critical Care Products) and Mr Ramesh, Production Technician. This team has been placed under Excellence category and won the Trophy with Certificates.
- Improving the Organizational Process Maturity: This project showcased the software designed for “Compliance Management System” and its fullest potential in managing the multi-organization compliance requirements. This was presented by Ms Nisha. S and Mr Rajan. R. This project has been rated under PAR Excellence category and awarded with a Trophy and Certificates.
